  1. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
    All orders placed before 23:00 are shipped the same day. The processing time is 1-2 business days, and transit time is 4-10 business days. The total delivery time is between 5-12 business days.

  2. What are the shipping costs?
    At VELNIQ, we offer free shipping within the UK on all order over £50. For order under £50 we have a standard shipping price of £4,95.

  3. How can I track my order?
    Every order comes with live track and trace. You will receive your tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your package's progress.

  4. What should I do if my order is delayed?
    If your order hasn’t arrived three days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at info@velniq.com Use your tracking number to check the order status before reaching out.

  5. Can I return my order?
    Yes, we have a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  6. Who covers the cost of return shipping?
    Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

  7. How long does it take to receive my refund?
    Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified about the approval of your refund. If approved, you will receive the refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. If it takes more than 15 business days after approval, please contact us at info@velniq.com

  8. Which items cannot be returned?
    Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.

  9. What should I do if my product is damaged or defective upon arrival?
    Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@velniq.com so we can resolve the issue.
